Timor Port was honored to host a visit from the Women Engineer Association of Timor-Leste on January 21, 2025. This visit marks a significant step in fostering collaboration and promoting the role of women in engineering and infrastructure development within the region.
During the visit, members of the association were given a comprehensive tour of the port’s state-of-the-art facilities, including the container handling areas, control rooms, and the latest technological advancements implemented at the port. The delegation had the opportunity to engage with Timor Port’s team, discussing best practices, innovative solutions, and the critical role of women in the maritime sector.
